This barrel was filled from during an issue with a very bad and leaky barrel that needed some tending to! Barrel #412, a used wine barrel, was just not able swell out to hold the spirits well enough in this frigid February weather. So we emptied it, put a little into barrel #60.2 to top it off, and put the remaining 30 gallons into barrel #59.2. Hoping as the weather warms we'll see barrel #412 back on the rack!
